Who Are We?

We are a Law Society, Lexcel accredited, dynamic group bringing a fresh approach to the business of law. As solicitors ourselves, we understand the daunting prospect of being face to face with SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority)  Investigations, SDT (Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal) Proceedings and Regulatory Settlement Agreements. Therefore, through empathy and understanding, we will help you handle complaints made against you and prepare you to face the SRA if the complaint escalates. We will encourage you to deal with these situations by showing transparency and accountability of your actions. However, we will work with you to defend your case and integrity in front of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT.)

Our no-obligation, uncapped initial conferences are free, whether it be for an individual client or a business. We like to understand what is required before the matter is taken further. We will always be honest about how much your matter is likely to cost. Our clear, transparent pricing structure offers all clients peace of mind.

All of our clients circumstances are different. Therefore, we offer a range of different billing schemes, including payment plans, legal loans and fixed fee options.
